Lee Limousine Company Policies

• For your convenience a 20% gratuity has been added to your bill, of which 100% goes to the chauffeur. All gratuities are subject to your approval and are completely voluntary. Rates are subject to change and do not apply during special events

• We are not liable for delays caused by accidents, airlines, breakdowns, weather, traffic or conditions beyond our control. We will make an effort to notify you of these conditions.

• A $10.00 fee is charged for any transfers between the hours of 11:45 PM to 06:00 AM.

• A $15.00 Holiday Surcharge will be added for National Holidays.

• All fees and charges will be billed after the date the service(s) were rendered.

• All no shows and late cancellations will be billed the amount of the original reservation. Cancellation must be made within the following guidelines to avoid cancellation charges:

A minimum of four (4) hour notice prior to the scheduled pick up time for airport transfers.
A minimum of forty-eight (48) hour notice prior to the scheduled pick up time for charters.

Reservations for Proms, Special Events and Conventions must be secured by a non-refundable deposit of 30% seventy-two hours (72) prior to the event.

Vehicle Policies

• All vehicles are non smoking.

• Complimentary chilled bottled water and/or soda are provided in our vehicles.
Please call us for other beverage request and/or refreshment needs.

• Any and all damages or excessive clean up will be billed to the renting party-- minimum of $500.00.

Wait & Travel Time

• Travel time for in town Atlanta area locations is computed from the time the vehicle arrives at the pick up point to the time it returns to the final drop off point (door to door). Additional rates may apply for all other areas outside of Atlanta.

• Airport transfers are subject to the following wait time

Stops to and from airports are charged $10.00 per stop up to fifth-teen (15) minutes. Multiple stops or a stop of more than fifth-teen (15) minutes will revert to a charter.

International arrivals are billed 1.5 hours of the highest zone rate of travel.
Private airport arrivals are initially billed at a 1.5 hourly rate. Chauffeur will arrive estimated time of arrival.

• Chauffeur Meet & Greet: There is no charge for our chauffeurs to meet passengers at the entrance of the baggage claim at their respective airline. This pertains to all transfers for our Sedans, SUVs and Vans. Please contact us if you prefer curb side pick up options.

• Greet Staff available for $25.00 per hour for inside Airport pick ups in our large luxury vehicles and/or for arrivals of Event Group(s).
